Jordan Posts

Hello all!

I'm in the process of catching up with some posts about our incredible adventure to Jordan this week. I've gotten most of it done, but will be finishing up soon- hopefully. We're entering our first midterms, so this is serving as a very welcome means of procrastination. :) Haha.

Hope everyone is doing well!

  1. If I had known you were going to Petra, I would have hit you twice (after I hit you for Troy). I am soooooooooo jealous!!!!!

Jumping on a computer in the hotel before the first day of State. Haven't had time to read all your posts yet, so will probably comment more later.

Thought of you so much during the send off, when Joel introduced us and led us in the pledge. Did you do that when you were prez? Told Tanae you had more photos up; she seemed excited to see them.

Went to HuHots for dinner, and thought of you again. I got noodles, tofu, green onion, mushrooms and cilantro in a thai peanut sauce, finished with peanuts, coconut and chili flakes. It was so good I had two of them!

Love your guts, even though you're going to places I've always wanted to go. I'm sure I'll forgive you someday. :-} Mwah!!!

  2. Ahhhh - good luck at State!! So excited for you guys! Can't wait to hear all about it on Sunday!

The school voted to end send off assemblies my junior year, and we weren't really able to get them back by my senior year. I'm really glad that they had one for you guys though!! Did they have the cheerleaders and whatnot there? Or pep band? My freshman year I did cheers at them with the cheerleaders, and sophomore year I played in the pep band at them.

Ahhhhh - I miss HuHots so much! That sounds like so much fun... it's been forever since I've been there. It sounds sooo good. Cilantro in anything is soo good, but with Thai peanut sauce and coconut too it sounds incredible.

I thought of you the whole time I was gone. :) I'm sure you remember, though, how I told you a while ago that I would make it my personal quest to go to places that you haven't gone. All like five of them that exist. ;)

Love you so much!! Can't wait to hear how things go,

    Sis

I hope State is going well! I've been thinking of you all day! LOOVE!! :)
